Cleopatra is growing steadily. She lost a couple of pounds the day after her birth which is normal, but she's now back up to her birth weight of 22lbs. She's enjoying the sun and feeding regularly - in fact she was nibbling a bit of hay which is very advanced for 4 days. Her Mum, Helena is enjoying being able to take a good roll in the 'dust bath' now she's back to her normal shape.
The warm weather saw Cassiopia sitting with her nose in the water bucket (she does seem to have problems with warm weather if she's got her full fleece) so I tipped some water on the paving slabs and all the alpacas had a good wallow.
No sign of Erin's baby as yet.
