Quite a lot to sort out and I felt I asked some pretty stupid questions but it is all very new. If we do this again next year we'll be old hands. Still, Sue Blacker the MD of NFC was extremely patient and very helpful and didn't tell me that any of my questions were stupid for which i think she deserves a medal!
