Anyone following this blog will have noticed rather a long gap. I've been away in North America working so have had to satisfy myself with daily reports from Neil about the alpacas. Thankfully everyone is doing OK. Today I saw everyone again and in fact had an alpaca focussed day as we went over to Livanti to pick up 3 non breeding females which she's found for us to lend to Weatherfield special needs school.
We duly collected the girls and with a certain amount of reluctance on their part, got them loaded. It was them off to the school. The girls seemed very happy with their new surroundings and the two staff who are looking after them seemed thrilled. we came away with two huge boxes of veg one for us and one for Livanti - all grown by the school.
