On December 28th we had an open house for our friends to meet our alpacas. This meant we had to bring the 5 staying at our neighbours back down. This went very smoothly with Fabiola charging on, leading the way. They seemed very confident out on their own and Claudia, Ariadne and Fabiola walked really well won their leading reins. The other two we just left loose.
We had about 20 visitors and again the girsl all behaved impecably, posing for photographs and eating from various hands. I think they enjoyed the extra treats of parsley and carrot tops especially prepared. Meanwhile all the humans enjoyed mince pies and the grown ups mulled wine.
