Rushmere Alpacas

I spent this morning catching up with one task I've been putting off- getting the herad and movement record completed. It's now got all births and movements in the herd since we started. It was a little tedious as I had to enter microchip numbers and ear tag numbers which are long strings of 9 or 10 numbers. Still, it's an important record and will be much easier to maintain.

No sign of the Registration Certificates for any of our newbies - I'll have to chase them up. I completed the handover certificates and other paperwork ready to take our little boys over on tomorrow and stopped off at dennes for some nail clippers and Camelibra so that Gwynne and Robert will have everything they need.

We condition scored the ladies today and were very pleased to feel that all of them have started putting on weight. With a month to go before we mate them they should be in fine condition by that time.
